The Black-footed Ferret Recovery Implementation Team (BFFRIT) was created in 1996 to more effectively integrate the expertise and resources of various parties contributing to the recovery of the black-footed ferret. This web site contains a wealth of information about the animal in general as well as information on breeding, research, etc. There is also a section where kids can send in their drawings of black footed ferrets for inclusion on the web site.
